ARE YOU INSURED AND BACKGROUND CLEARED/CHECKED?

Absolutely! We are fully insured and ALL sitters are background cleared. We are happy to provide proof of insurance to all clients that book with us.

MY PET NEEDS TO GO TO THE VET. WILL YOU TAKE THEM?

Of course! Per our contract, we will take your pet to the vet of your choosing if necessary. If your vet is unavailable, an emergency vet will be used. Clients are responsible for costs incurred for medical treatment. Extended sitter fees are assessed for vet visits.

HOW MANY DOGS DO YOU WALK AT ONCE?

If it's safe for our sitter and your pets, we will walk your dogs together. If there is a large number of dogs or ones that don't walk well together, we will walk separately. Please note that the walk will be shortened or you may add extra time for an additional fee.

I WOULD LIKE A VISIT BETWEEN BREAKFAST AND DINNER FOR MY OVERNIGHT CARE. IS THAT POSSIBLE?

Yes! We will do a mid day visit for your pets. Please note: This visit is an add-on and billed as an additional cost.

DO YOU TRAIN DOGS?

The short answer is no. We will work with your pet on the commands and rules you are teaching them to keep them on track.

DO YOU BOARD DOGS/CATS?

No. We do in-your-home care only.

DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH RARE OR EXOTIC PETS?

We sure do! Everything from Bearded Dragons to snakes and monkeys to desert tortoises. Please inquire directly for your type of pet.
